Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA): Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

The purpose of the internship programme is to provide appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the intern’s qualification.

Duration: 24 months contract

Stipend: R 6 000.00 pm

Intern: Quality & Standards and Technology Transfer

Location: Seda National Office

National Diploma / Degree in the following fields: Commerce / Technology / Engineering / Project Management

Duties: Assess small enterprises for the benefit of TT. Develop business cases for the adjudication panel. Administer the technology transfer fund nationally. Establish and maintain an accurate database. Verification of supplied technology received at the client's premises. Contribute to the review of TTF policy and processes. Conduct impact analysis on the technology intervention on beneficiaries. Conduct TTF awareness workshops

Intern: Incubation

Location: Seda National Office

National Diploma / Degree in: Operations Management / Business Management / Entrepreneurship Management / Project Management

Duties: Provide operational support in the establishment of technology business incubation and accelerators in accordance with Seda’s Incubation strategy. Provide operational support to existing and new technology business. Network and build effective linkages with relevant stakeholders.
