WeBuyCars: Entry level Data Capturers
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Creditors Data Capturer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Print, send, and file all Proof of Payments daily
- Daily matching of Payments
- General Queries (processing + reconciliation)
- Assist in posting Invoices received
- Assist with reconciliations on accounts as needed
- Assist with Payments on Hyphen
- Assist with Daily printing
- Filing
Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Must have own reliable transport with Valid Driver’s License.
Advantageous:
- Previous accounting, admin, or posting experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Evolve will be an advantage.
