Nepomuceno Logistics: Finance Administrative Internship Programme 2024/2025
Duration: Not exceeding 18 monts
Stipend: R 5 to 6 thousand per month (Basic salary, no benefits)
Internship based in Woodmead
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Buyer with attending customers providing information or requesting support from the person responsible for the sector
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures suitable for the operationalization of administrative and financial activities
- Perform related activities on the sector
- Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (equipment, resources and facilities)
- Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client
- Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company
- Make deposits and bank payments, according to the schedule of dates and management guidance
- Make entries due in the operating system of the unit
- Carry out an analysis of the transactions carried out, supporting the consolidation area in calculating the result
- Monitor Routine Management items in financial aspects, through periodic reports, seeking to achieve goals
- Assist with the files
- among other responsibilities that may arise within the sector.
Requirements:
- Currently Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Is important still having a minimum of 1 year to complete the graduation.
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
