Minopex: Graduate Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Graduate Programme is designed to equip graduates with industry experience and professional development through practical learning programmes
• Graduates will develop skills through hands on experience by means of personal interaction with more senior, experienced staff to learn by means of coaching, on-the-job training, dealing with real challenges in the workplace and learning the nuts and bolts of our business
• The Programme offers graduates a unique learning opportunity with ongoing assessment and feedback
• This is a 2-year fixed term programme and permanent employment is not guaranteed upon completion of this programme
• Successful applicants must be willing to be rotated between Minopex operations

Business Development Graduate / Intern

Supply Chain Graduate / Intern

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Financial Accountant Graduate / Intern

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree

Junior Engineer​​​​​​​ Graduate / Intern

Bachelor's Degree in:

• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Engineer Computer Science​​​​​​​ Graduate / Intern

Bachelor's Degree in:

• BSc Computer Science
• Computer Engineering,
• Electronic Engineering,

Industrial Engineer Graduate / Intern

•  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering

Metallurgist​​​​​​​ Graduate / Intern

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering  

Chemistry​​​​​​​ Graduate / Intern

• Diploma in Analytical Chemistry
• or BSc in Chemistry.

SHEQ​​​​​​​ Graduate / Intern

• National Diploma / Advance Diploma in Safey
• Health and Safety Management Certification (i.e. SAMTRAC/ COMSOC/ NEBOSH, etc.)
• Incident Investigation Competency (i.e. ICAM, RCAT, etc.)
• Risk Management (HIRA)

HRD (Learning and Development) Graduate​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Completed LLB
• or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with Advanced Diploma in Labour Law

Human Resources Graduate​​​​​​​ / Intern

Bachelor's degree in:

• Human Resources
• LLB

P1 & P2 Student Training Programme

Must be registered for and have completed up to S4 for their National Diploma in the following disciplines:

• Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Human Resource Development (or Learning & Development)
• Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ)
