Requirements: N6 in Marketing Management
Duties: Manage and respond to patient enquiries. Monitor social media channels, respond to basic enquiries, and report on trends. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of collateral and coordination of event logistics. Organise and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor the website for content updates and maintenance issues and respond to enquiries. Ensure that all client service interactions meet quality standards and reflect positively on the brand. Manage the marketing mailbox and track the volume and type of enquiries received. Support on-site marketing activities at hospitals, including events and campaigns. Assist in maintaining marketing reports, files, and databases. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements: N6 in Financial Management
Duties: Assist with the processing of income, expense, asset & liability journals as required for the accounting records to reflect accurately. Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Reconcile the Debtors control. Reconcile petty cash. Prepare and post standard journals. Check the bank reconciliations. Ensure that the trial balance allocations are correct. Assist with preparing statutory returns and ensure VAT receipts are filed accurately, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Perform general office duties including filing. Provide support with other tasks as needed and ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
Requirements: N6 in Human Resources Management
Duties: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks. Maintain the HR filing system. Assist with the recruitment and selection process. Ensure confidentiality of HR information. Provide support and assistance to the HR team. Conduct ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements: N6 in Management Assistant
Duties: Provide administrative support to the nursing management team, including data capturing, handling correspondence, filing, answering calls, and diary/email management. Schedule and prepare for meetings, including minute-taking and organising logistics. Compile information and generate reports as required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in managing time and attendance. Perform other duties as needed and ensure adherence to company policy and procedures
