Maventic: Business Consultant Graduate Learnership Programme 2025

 

Are you passionate about navigating the intricacies of the business world? Join our dynamic team as a Learner in the world of Business Consulting and embark on a journey of professional growth. The graduate learnership programme (based in Johannesburg) will be open to learners that have completed South African based qualifications (degrees and diplomas only) in IT/ICT, Commerce or Engineering.

 

You will commence with a work-based approach to learning, and gain real-world understanding of Business Consulting, whilst being guided and supported to achieve the goals that you’ve set for yourself. The learnership programme integrates structured theory and practical learning with workplace experience, through an accredited training provider, which leads to a SAQA registered qualification.

 

Duration: 18 to 24 Months

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply various consulting skills and methodologies by participating in a meticulously crafted learning programme.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
  • Participate in strategic business projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide support in client presentations and communication.

Participants commit to full-time engagement for eighteen to twenty four months within the organisation, with the goal of gaining valuable workplace experience that aligns with their educational foundation.

 

Maventic Innovative Technologies initiates learnerships to accelerate the cultivation of advanced skills, provide crucial work experience for unemployed graduates, and furnish individuals with practical knowledge that aligns with their qualifications.


Requirements:

To apply you must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Have South African Citizenship.
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 25.
  • Have Grade 12 (matric) certification.
  • (minimum) Mathematical Literacy / Mathematics Core at NQF Level 4 (mandatory). Communication in English at NQF Level 4.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce or similar (Optional if in possession of a relevant Diploma).
  • Not be engaged in post Matric studies or formal employment.
  • Not be registered for another learnership.

 

Additional Requirements that would be advantageous:

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
