SpecCon Holdings: Operations Field Service Agent
This postion involves a fair amount of travelling country-wide. This individual will actively assist stakeholdrs with IT support, and systems wile working onsite or remotely. Must have your own good and reliable vehicle. Accommodation and fuel allowances will be provided by the company. You will report to the Client Liaison Officer/s assigned to the client/s.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and customer service
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field
- Identify and document customer needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with team memebers to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure the security of networks and computer systems
- Regular feedback to internal stakeholders and line managers
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
- IT qualifications will be an advantage
- Technical expertise in relevant IT, systems and customer service fields
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong custmoer service orientation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
