Route Management: Internship Programme 2025

The Route Management Internship Programme provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields. Our interns follow a rotation program that allows them to spend time working in and observing different business functions.

Internship Locations: Cape Town, Germiston (Gauteng) and Bloemfontein

Departments may vary from group to group and/or city to city, but typically includes the following functions:

• Administration.
• Human Resources.
• Finances.
• Debtors and Creditors.
• Imports and Exports.
• Health and Safety.
• General business support functions.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate (Current Grade 12 learners are however encouraged to apply with their latest Grade 12 results for the following year)
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 22.
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships, and work in a team.
• Sound communication and language skills.
• Strong numerical ability (Mathematics and Accounting will be advantageous).
