SYSPRO: Support Internship Programme 2025
The Technical Support Analyst evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves faults and reported events.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves faults and reported events;Liaises with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices;
- service delivery and information sharing regarding event resolution at a regional level;
- Provides specialist technical support in response to issues pertaining to software development, SRS, documentation, software installations and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Requires a Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent; With Mathematics about 60% or Maths Lit above 80%
- Relevant Support Certifications would be advantageous.
Knowledge
Any knowledge of the following would be adventageous:
- SYSPRO Architecture
- .NET User Controls
- VBScript,
- C#
- SYSPRO Reporting Services
- e.net Solutions
- Microsoft SQL Server
- SYSPRO Workflow
- Espresso
- Installations and Upgrades
- Customization
- Development Principles
- Technical Understanding (infrastructure issues related to Windows and servers)
- Microsoft SQL server
- SYSPRO ERP, Microsoft Office, Crystal reports, Wyn Reporting
