RedBull: Controlling Internships (Finance / Accounting Graduates)

We are looking for a motivated talent to join our team for a six-month internship in the Controlling Team. This position within our Finance Department provides a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to gain insights into the "World of Red Bull" from a finance perspective.

You will assist the team with various tasks related to Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, reporting, and analysing commercial results. In essence, you will support the financial management and decision-making processes of our organization and contribute to the company's overall success. Give your career wings!

Responsibilities:

Planning and Forecasting:

• Assist the Senior Controller in budget planning, focusing on technical and process setup
• Reconcile financial data across systems
• Analyze plan submissions
• Check planning quality for errors, consistency, and plausibility, suggesting improvements

Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages
• Provide insights and analysis on business performance
• Help consolidate stakeholder feedback

Business Partnering:

• Assist the Senior Controller in budget review meetings preparation
• Visualize and present data
• Perform ad-hoc analysis

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree with core subjects being Management Accounting or Financial Management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent management accounting/finance management knowledge.
• Strong reconciliation and analytic skills.
• Driven self-starter with energy and enthusiasm to work efficiently within a team.
• Well organized and having the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• First class oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced level.
• First experience with SAP/BI is a plus.
