Sanofi: Finance Internship Programme 2025

Job Purpose: Support the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves assisting with general financial tasks example purchase orders, analyzing opex, assisting with internal and external audits, and providing support to extended senior finance team members (Account to report, Treasury, Finance business partners)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with management of budgets and forecasting exercise
• Monitoring & analysis of Opex
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Accounts to report, Treasury and Finance business partners functions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors where necessary.
• Learn and help implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide support in financial insights to assist business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with and learn from senior finance team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
