Fidelity Services Group: Call Centre Agents
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
- listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
- Sell Umsuka products and assist client to complete application form telephonically
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Taking messages and direct them to relevant people
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the Umsuka App
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
NB. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role will be advantageous
