Fidelity Services Group: Entry Level Basic Administrators
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Basic Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Assist with coordinating and planning
- Assist with basic admin tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent required,
- Degree or Diploma preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
