Fidelity Services Group: Receptionist
The overall purpose of this position is to oversee all the administrative responsibilities of the campus.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Maintain filling systems and document management
- Administrative support to Branch Manager and Team
- Assisting in general office enquiries and task
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Load leave, overtime, and any other payroll documents on e- services
- Issuing Purchase orders
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Must be honest and reliable
- Must have good verbal and language abilities
- Must be self- motivated
