Hesto Harnesses: Graduate Programme 2026

The HESTO Harnesses Graduate Programme is a structured initiative designed to provide newly qualified students with meaningful work experience in fields relevant to their studies. The purpose of the Graduate in Training Programme is to work under supervision of professionally qualified individuals, to gain experience through a structured 24-month training programme.

Graduate In Training: Finance

Must have any of the following:

• B. Com Accounting
• B. Com. Management Accounting/Financial Management

Graduate In Training: Commercial

Must have any of the following:

• BCom. Management Accounting / Financial Management
• B Degree/B. Com. Economics

Graduate In Training: Information Technology

Must have any of the following:

• BCom. Computer Science
• BCom. In Information Systems or other relevant B. Degrees.

Graduate In Training: Human Resource Management

Must have any of the following:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management 
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management

Engineer In Training

Must have any of the following:

• B. Eng or B Sc Eng. Industrial Engineering
• B. Eng or B Sc Eng. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Graduate In Training: Organisational Design & Development

Must have any of the following:

• BCom. Human Resources Management 
• Bachelor of Human Resources Management 
• Bachelor of Human Resources Development

Diplomat In Training: Operations Management

Must have any of the following:

• Diploma in Operations Management
• Advanced Diploma in Operations Management
