DHL Group: Operations Excellence Internships (Supply Chain or Engineering Graduates)

Key Responsibilities

• Learn & adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements.
• Build the knowledge & experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects.
• To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise.
• To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
• When carrying out duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices.
• A strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and analysis.
• A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks undertaken.
• A proactive approach to seeking enhancements in processes and outcomes.
• A solid grasp of supply chain operations and their intricacies.
• While not necessarily an expert in a specific area, a desire to gain exposure to various aspects of the business in a multitasking environment.
• Willingness to get involved in tasks, even if they fall outside of primary responsibilities.
•  A commitment to promoting standardization across processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Open to gaining experience across multiple areas, thriving in a multitasking environment.
• Willing to engage in hands-on tasks, even those outside of core responsibilities.
• Passionate about driving standardization initiatives.
