Aurum Instititute: Experiential Learnerships (For People Living with a Disability)
The Experiential Learner is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to departmental activities in alignment with the company requirements. The Experiential Learner will assist in maintaining documentation, conducting basic research, and supporting process implementation whilst engaging in ongoing learning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of departmental projects and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Capture, record and report on all data collected from department activities and programs.
- Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policy
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF level 4) or equivalent.
Advantageous:
- Excellent Mathematics, English and Science Matric results
- Post-matric certification
- Driver’s License desirable
- Exposure in a health care administrative space would be an added advantage.
