Clicks Group: Entry level Administration Clerks
We are looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to work within the Finance department of Clicks Group Services. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Supervisor (Finance).
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all Banking documents received by the stores are sorted and filed in the sequences required.
- Re-index errors receive for banking paperwork received in error on OnBase (Filing system)
- To meet set deadlines based on daily performance targets.
- To ensure accuracy and pay attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- MS Excel experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate on MS Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- High work standards.
- Ability to follow rules and procedures.
- Be able to work under no supervision.
- Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations.
- Following Instructions and Procedures.
- Coping with Pressures and Setbacks.
- Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives.
