RedBull: Sales & Operations Graduate Internship Programme 2026 / 2027

A unique opportunity to gain experience in Sales, Planning, Procurement and Logistics fields. The graduate will be in a rotational program, learning and gaining skills for 6 months in Key Accounts Off Premise Sales and 6 months in Operations.

Rotation #1: Off Premise Key Account Manager, this will be an entrepreneurial role in charge of the development, implementation & tracking of Red Bull’s sales strategy in the Retail channel with a focus on driving Franchise Sales. The individual needs to be a self-starter who can deliver on sales, volume and budget targets. The individual needs to be a creative, analytical and oriented towards actions, who can build strong strategic customer relationships and is able to collaborate within the company cross-functionally.

Rotation #2: Operations, an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Planning, Procurement and Logistics, providing a comprehensive understanding of Red Bull’s operations.

Responsibilities:

• Rotation 1:
• Lead and manage the implementation of Red Bull’s commercial strategy within Franchise channel.
• Identify and Execute sales opportunities for Red Bull in Franchise Channel.
• Support National Key Account Manager in promo and profitability analysis (Nielsen, CPM), analysing, planning, and reporting on Franchise Key Account and Customer performance.
• Manage and secure sufficient POS stock and handling as well as ROI calculations on instore franchise activations.
• Develop effective partnerships for Red Bull to be regarded as key supplier and engine for profitable growth.
• Continuously track and adjust budget utilization within Franchise Channel Use insights and data to manage the execution ranging and distribution in store effectively
• Rotation 2:
• Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timeous delivery.
• Work with 3PLs and service providers to optimize logistics efficiency.
• Assist with the analysis and reporting of logistics performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for improving logistics processes.
• Support with tenders/projects & Logistics updates.
• Assist with the development and implementation of stock transfer plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on inventory initiatives.
• Analyse demand and supply plans, scrutinize forecasts and identify potential risks utilizing strategies including scenario planning.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Communications and listening ability/interpersonal skills (direct customer contact).
• Able to work independently at times with responsibility, being organized, result driven and solution orientated and able to take instruction (open to coaching)
