About the Young Professionals Program

Ford Motor Company offers a structured one-year Young Professionals Training Programme designed for graduates from a wide range of fields. The programme gives young professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on workplace experience, develop practical skills, and receive on-the-job training within a global automotive organisation. • Electrical Engineering

Selection Criteria

• Must have an overall average percentage of 65% or higher.
• Applicants who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
