The RBS Academy is looking for graduates who are inetrested in a career in the short term insurance industry. Our academy is now accepting applications for the upcoming enrolment in an exceptional program designed to fast-track your career in the short-term insurance industry.
All successful applicants will receive a salary and other trade tools for the duration of the program.

We are seeking candidates with the appropriate qualifications, certifications, or degree, but more importantly, we value intrinsic motivation and a genuine passion for this field of work.
- Be driven, ambitious and comfortable with change.
- You must be a committed for the three years period of the program
- Candidates must currently be based within commuting distance of Cape Town CBD
- No experience is needed, but it can be advantageous
