This luxury accommodation is also located in Streatley Avenue, adjacent to Campus Square Shopping Centre in Auckland Park.

The building has the following types of rooms / apartments:

5-Bedroom apartment

Here you have 5 individual bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own desk and study area with closet. A communal lounge offers these lucky 5 students a TV lounge, dining area and kitchenette with a microwave. There are also communal kitchens with eating areas on each floor, in case you prefer rubbing shoulders with other residents.

4-Bedroom apartment

Pretty much the same as the 5-bedroom apartments, this option also offers a communal TV lounge, dining area and kitchenette with a microwave. The 4 individual bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms. As with the other units, each bedroom has its own desk and study area with closet. Please don’t forget the communal kitchens with eating areas on each floor, should you require an audience during your meal preparation times!

Single bedroom apartments

Specifically designed for those wanting some more privacy, and prefer not to share. These apartments were customised for one person only and they offer an en-suite bathroom, ample cupboard space with a fridge and microwave as well as a study area with closet. The single bedroom apartments come in a choice of 4 different options (type A,B, C or D) – some with Juliette balconies, and others with a different configuration inside.

Single bedroom apartments shared by two people

All these single bedroom apartments lend themselves to two study areas and two beds within the same space. A limited number of these units have also been constructed, which means that the residents in this room will share their en-suite bathroom and fridge with microwave. They do, however, still have their own individual study desks and their own closets and beds.

What  is included in this monthly rental?

• Access to all the buildings facilities (like gym, pool, cinema and study areas)
• Your room will be cleaned once a week by our cleaning team

• Single rooms have their own TV, Whilst 4-bed and 5-bed apartments have a lounge with TV and couch
