The purpose of the Graduate Specialist Program: Data Science Analyst is to extract business value via statistical analysis by building dashboards, using prepared data / simple data transformations; for the Automotive Aftermarket (AA) division.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Systematically gathering and storing large volumes of sales and marketing data
• Developing analytical models for analyzing data, providing insights and recommending actions to improve sales and profits.
• Building and integrating predictive models into analytics tools
• Creating powerful visualizations of the gained insights to convince all levels of management
• Creating interactive and intuitive user interfaces to collect from and distribute information to the internal audience
• Digitalizing / automating sales and marketing processes and decisions to improve efficiency and quality storing

Competencies:

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket products is an advantageous.
• A graduate who has had exposure, and a solid understanding; in Data Science Analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in coding would be an advantage
• Applicants must be flexible to travel when required.
• It is a requirement to be fluent in English, German and Portuguese language skills would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• A completed Degree / Diploma in Statistics / Computer Science or related field
