Rocketseed is looking for an energetic and passionate sales star to join our team. You will be required to arrange meetings with decision-makers at potential clients. This position does involve extensive telephonic cold calling. The opportunity exists to grow into a Business Development role and join the direct selling team.
- Minimum of 40 new company appointments set per month
- Source your own leads and prospects by taking advantage of all available communication channels, i.e. telephone, email, online, social media, networking, etc. Connect with decision-makers and influencers, and grow your network
- Contact new high-level prospects and get them committed to meeting with us
- Manage & maintain your own admin in Google Drive: record keeping, sales material, documentation, notes & more
- Track all activity within the given CRM system
- Add value to the management of our business by contributing ideas
- Take the initiative to completely understand in detail the reason for our business existence: the various products & services we offer, the value these create for customers, as well as the internal processes we use to deliver these to customers. Training will be provided by the Rocketseed team
- Represent Rocketseed and our brand with conviction and positivity at all times
- Excellent communications skills
- A proven track record in outbound business sales calls
- Work well under pressure
- Deadline driven
- An understanding of Marketing software will be ideal
- Enthusiastic when cold calling
