The rental breakdown for 2019 is as follows,
The house includes 2 communal rooms and kitchens withTV’s and DSTV.The building will have 5 GB of WIFI per month for the students. There is a cleaner that comes in during the week and cleans all communal areas. For security the building has electrified fencing all around. The entrance door and gate are monitored by cameras, as well as in the communal lounges. Every student will receive a panic button which is linked to armed response and all doors are fitted with security gates. Each student will also receive a gate remote and tag for the pedestrian gate. There is also a communal laundry available for washing clothes and outside washing lines. Bedrooms are equipped with a small fridge, microwave and kettle. There are built in cupboards and a desk with a chair, as well as built in beds with mattresses. The rooms have prepaid meters for electricity.
We require a deposit of R10 000 per person for both the Bachelors and two bedroom unit to secure your place , when signing the lease.
