• Opening of file according approved records classification/File Plan.
• Process records for archiving and disposal.
• Handle incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence.

Requirements: 

• Grade 12/ Matric certificate.
• No experience required.

Knowledge: Registry and records management, Batho Pele Principles.
