Tiger Brands: Future Leaders Graduate Development Programme 2022 / 2023

The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme is a 24-month enhanced development programme which aims to recruit graduates who demonstrate the potential to reach leadership positions in the organisation.

Successful Candidates are selected to join various disciplines across our business and are taken through a structured combined learning programme which intends to prepare them for key roles within the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must have a relevant Degree / Diploma
• Completion of post-graduate studies would be an added advantage
• Must have no work experience in their field of study

Research and Development Graduate Trainee

Bachelor’s Degree or Btech in:

• Food Technology,

Marketing Graduate Trainee

• Bachelor’s Degree (Majoring in Marketing Management)

Customer Graduate Trainee

BCom Degree in Business or related fields:

• Entrepreneurship,

Corporate Affairs Graduate Trainee

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Business Management,

• Enterprise Development.

Human Resources Graduate Trainee

• BCom Degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology)

Finance CA(SA) Stream Graduate Trainee

• BCom Degree in Accounting & completion of level 2 CTA 

Skills and Competencies:

• Leadership and team working capabilities
• High levels of ambition and self-motivation, supported by a strong desire for a career in FMCG, within Tiger Brands
• Must have displayed the potential for high achievement and innovation throughout their qualification.
• Geographical mobility – you will move to different locations throughout the training programme and you will need to relocate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
