Banghoek
Situated close to the engineering faculty.
Close to the engineering faculty you will find this 4 year old complex consisting of 51 bachelors. Each unit is equipped with a fridge, gas stove with electric oven, washing machine, kettle and blinds and balcony as well as a built in braai. Parking is included in rental and there is more than enough parking for visitors available. A 24 hour security guard will keep an eye on the units and all unit doors do have security gates. The units on the ground floor also have burglar bars and trellis doors on the patio door. Suitable for pre and post graduate students.

Modern and upmarket complex which includes state of art features to optimize energy efficiency while creating to conserve water and electricity. It's a safe walking distance from campus and the complex also has 24 hour security. All the units are equipped with airconditioning.
Brahmbosch
Brand new modern and upmarket complex.
Brand new, modern complex which will be ready for occupation. There is only 2 bed units in this building. Tenants will have the privilege to be part of a group, but also have their own privacy. In this complex you have a communal DSTV room and also Wi-Fi and LAN facilities. Included in the rental tariff is furniture, cleaning of the units, laundry pick-up, and delivery and 3 gig internet. The units are furnished with bed, matrass; build in desk and cupboard, study chair, blinds, fridge, microwave and 2 plate Snappy Chef stove. There is also 24 hour security. The building is situated within 5 minutes walk to the Simonsrust Spar complex which is a very convenient shopping centre. For every individual who actually loves to be in a residence - this is an very good replacement option. You will feel at home and enjoy your studies in the perfect environment.

Ivy league 2

This fabulously furnished, modern complex is everything that any student needs in Stellenbosch. The perfect combination of "the best of both worlds" - a little bit of what they experience in residence combined with the privacy of their own room, bathroom and kitchenette. A bonus is the fact that this complex is in walking distance from campus. All services included - Wi-Fi, cleaning and laundry, DSTV and 24 hour security guards. The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with DSTV and a lovely veranda to relax and have a braai. Undercover parking is available. This section consists of only 2 bed units, with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. This is a less expensive option than Ivy 1 but with all the same benefits.
Nuwerus
Ideal for post graduates as well as young working adults.
One of the older complexes, but very spacious (84 and 130 sq/m respectively) and modern finishes. All these units were revamped two years ago. Ideal for post graduates as well as young working adults. These units are unfurnished and one parking for every 2 bed unit is available. Units on the ground floor lead to a braai area, as well as there being a communal braai area. The whole complex consist of 10 units. This is definitely the ideal spot for those who need to be in a quiet, but safe environment.

Plumbago
Plumbago is situated within 800m, (walking distance) from the central campus.
This complex offers modern and furnished three and four bed units. It is designed to suit every student's need and is spacious and well planned. Built in 2010, it is quite new and well maintained. There are 24 hour security guards on duty, and we even take it a little bit further and secure the road towards the complex as well. Two guards are on duty every night with a dog and bicycle to secure that your loved ones are safe on their way home. Every unit is fully equipped and cleaning and laundry services are included. Tenants need to supply their own bedding, cutlery and crockery but a fridge, stove, lounge and bedroom furniture are included. Electricity on prepaid metres.
Welbedacht
Welbedacht - Replaces the appropriately named "The Clinic" digs in Hospital street Stellenbosch. This student accommodation has been owned and run by a farming family from the Eastern Cape for the past 13 years. Located on campus, with a 5 to 10 minute walk to numerous faculties, study facilities and shopping centres which eliminates the frustration of finding secure parking. The new Welbedacht, is a home away from home for students that place importance on the values of Community and 'Gemeenskap' living.
