GWK: Ben Scholtz Bursaries 2023

The Ben Scholtz bursary fund offers students the opportunity to obtain a qualification in careers available within the GWK Group. This fund can be used for registration, class and book fees. 

Fields of study:

Bursaries will be awarded for studies towards a career within the GWK Group, including the following:

• Finance and Accounting
• Human Resource Management
• Information Technology
• Insurance
• Administration
• Cultivation
• Estate Agents
• Logistic
• Marketing
• Mechanics and Irrigation
• Procurement
• Research and Development
• Risk Management and Audits
• Safex trading of products

Requirements:

• You must be a South African citizen
• You must have completed Matric
• You must have a good academic record
• You must be studying towards a qualification in one of the fields listed above
• You must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa

The bursary award will provide cover for the following expenses:

• Registration fees,
• Tuition fees
• Prescribed textbooks.

Once students have completed their qualification, they will be eligible to take up a vacancy within the GWK Group. Should there not be any available vacancies, the bursary will be converted into a loan and required to be paid back.
