Rosebank College: Junior Lecturer Opportunity 2022 /2023

The role of Junior Lecturer is the delivery of training and education of students; student consultations; the establishment of a knowledge base of the discipline through academic research & development; whilst providing overall support to Academic department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Academic Management & Leadership (Teaching & Learning) in respect of
• Responsible for Academic Development and Performance
• Student support interventions
• Coordination of students on boarding
• To be informed and knowledgeable about Academic Development and Performance monitoring
• Responsible for Teaching and Learning Delivery in respect of:

1. Direct academic student engagement
2. Students’ success rates at modular level
3. Continuous student support and development
4. Teaching and learning in and out of the classroom
5. Subject/module consultations

Requirements:

We are looking for graduates within the following faculties:

• Commerce (Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Operational Management, Introduction to Project Management)
• ICT (Programming, Networking)
• School of Education (Foundation Phase Specialist, Languages)

Must be studying toward:

• Honours Qualification
• or Masters Qualification
• or Post Graduate Certificate in Education
