Role Purpose: To give administration support to the TPT Centralized Recruitment team by managing the applications for positions, data capturing, inviting candidates for interviews and arranging interview venues.
Responsibilities:
- Managing applications
- Screening
- Data Capturing
- Prepare Recruitment Packs
- Invite candidates for interview
- Arrange interview venues
- Regret unsuccessful candidates on ESS system
Requirements:
- Matric or NQF Level 04 Equivalent
- Non-Tech (TVET College-HR N6/NCV/ND/B. Degree/ B. Tech- HR)
