Debt Collection Clerk

Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria

Salary: R218 064 per annum

Requirements: Grade 12. No Experience.

Knowledge: Basic Accounting System (BAS). Legislative Requirements: COIDA. Public Finance Management Act. Treasury Regulations. Public Service Act

Duties: Render effective debt collection services and accounts receivable administration duties. Provide bookkeeping support services. Follow up on debtors.


Client Service Officer

Location: Richards Bay Labour Centre / Eshowe Satellite

Salary: R211 713 per annum

Requirements: Matriculation/ Grade 12

Knowledge: All Labour Legislations and Regulations, Private Employment Agency regulations and related ILO conventions, Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act, Knowledge of the Departmental Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, Batho Pele principles.

Duties: Render services at help desk as the first point of entry within the Registration Services. Render Employment Services to all the Clients who visit the Labour Centre. Resolve all complaints on all Labour Legislations received from Clients. Receive all Unemployment Insurance Benefits Applications and Employer declarations. Receive application forms in terms of Compensation for Injuries & Diseases Act (COIDA) and Employer registration forms for COIDA


Administration Clerk: PES

Location: Provincial Office Mpumalanga

Salary: R181 599 per annum

Reference No: HR 4/4/7/109

Requirements: Grade 12/ Matriculation Senior Certificate

Knowledge: Relevant ILO Conventions, Human Resource Management, Batho Pele

Duties: Liaise with stakeholder relations for acquisition of placement opportunities (Daily). Avail information for coordination of International Cross-Border Labour Migration functions (Daily). Support coordination of the registration and certification of Private Employment Agencies (Daily). Coordinate large (Provincial) opportunities from key stakeholders (Weekly).


Administrative Clerk: Support Services IES

Location: Labour Centre: Graff Reinet

Salary: R181 599 per annum

Requirements: Matriculation/ Grade 12.

Knowledge: Administrative procedures relating to an office, Filing and retrieval of documents, Ability to operate fax machine and photocopier, Data capturing.

Duties: Render administration support services to the Directorate. Control the movement of documents and files in the Directorate. Provide Supply Chain Management support in the Directorate. Render Human Resources Services support for the Directorate


Administration Clerk: Anti-fraud and Anti-corruption

Location: Unemployment Insurance Fund: Pretoria

Salary: R181 599 per annum

Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. No experience required

Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA). Promotion of Access to information Act (PAIA). Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA). Unemployment Contributions Act (UICA). Minutes Writing. Report Writing.

Duties: Render administrative support services to the fraud and corruption investigation processes. Provide an effective case administration. Provide logistical arrangements in the Section.


Cleaner Maintenance Management

Location: Unemployment Insurance Fund: Pretoria

Salary: R128 166 per annum

Requirements: ABET. No experience required.

Knowledge: Cleaning Procedures. General Hygiene Practices. Batho Pele Principles. Cleaning Products and Applications.

Duties: Provide cleaning services (offices, corridors, elevators and bathrooms etc.). Provide general kitchen cleaning services. Clean restrooms and maintain tidiness. Keep and maintain cleaning materials and equipments.
