Supply Chain: Springs Plant

• Human Resource Department: Supply Chain: B-tech/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Payroll Department: Degree in Accounting or HR
• Engineering Department: Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Quality Department: B-tech / Degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology
• Continuous Improvement Department: B-tech or Degree Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• R&D Department: B-tech/ Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Manufacturing Department: Diploma or degree process engineering or equivalent.
• EHS Department: Degree in Health and Safety management field
• Planning Department: Supply Chain Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
• Procurement Department : Supply chain Degree or equivalent.

Corporate: Woodmead Head Office

• Marketing Department: B-tech / Degree in Marketing
• Human Resources: Corporate Department: HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
• Demand Planning Department: Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Finance Department: Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
• Sales Department: Degree in Marketing/ Sales related and one year working experience in a sales role.
• Customer Service & Logistics Department: B-tech/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Legal Department: BCom Law/LLB
• IT Departmen : Bachelor of Information Systems/Digital Enterprise/Computer Science
