Participants who complete the YES programme will, increase their competitiveness in the formal job market. 

If your application is successful, you will be placed in one of the YES Youth roles across Nedbank CIB cluster within Johannesburg.  Job responsibilities will depend on the YES Youth role and cluster allocation. In general, the YES Youth roles focus on providing great service experience and promoting Nedbank as the bank of choice.

Your will be required to do the following:

• Have a positive attitude in supporting and driving the Nedbank values of integrity, respect, accountability, and being people-centred and client-driven.
• Help your team be effective by delivering on your duties.
• Improve your abilities and staying up to date with developments in the area that you are assigned to through input and feedback from management and colleagues.
• Ensure continuity and team success by participating, contributing, and sharing knowledge with your team.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

YES Programm - For Grade 12 / Matric holders

• Have a Matric certificate (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate).
• Be between 18 and 29 years old.
• South African citizen by birth with a valid South African identity card or document;

YES Programm - Post Matric Qualification

• You must have a Matric (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate). 
• Bachelor's of Science: Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science / Information Technology
• Between 18 to 29 years old
• South African citizen by birth with a valid South African identity card or document.
