IBM: Learnership Programme 2023 / 2024

The IBM Skills Development Learnership Intern Program serves as an entry point for young people into the ICT industry and workplace, broadening their further understanding of workplace practices. On successful completion of the programme, learners receive a recognised National Qualifications Framework (NQF) certification in Systems Development.

Our Interns are exposed to on-the-job training and exposure to the business environment​, whereby giving them a competitive advantage over applicants with no experience.

Our Learnership Programmes are registered with the MICT SETA. Learners have the privilege of being mentored and coached by extremely qualified employees during their workplace experience.

Requirements:

• Matric / equivalent with Mathematics
• Strong academic results
• A passion for Information Technology
