Motus Aftermarket Parts Retail is searching for a Receptionist to join the team in Jet Park Alert. The successful candidate will need to be honest, reliable and comfortable handling cash. Successful candidate to report to respective manager of department.

Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;

• Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and maintaining a response rate swiftly in accordance with agreed Aftermarket Solutions standards
• Providing information and assistance to callers
• Taking and relaying messages to relevant parties
• Correcting and updating the electronic directory
• Relief cashier  
• Being aware of and reporting suspicious activity
• Receiving of COD cash from drivers
• Handing over and balancing COD cash
• Assisting COD Clerk with customers

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• Previous experience – essential
• Have admin experience
