Alternatively, application forms can be collected from the any cluster office, Civic Centre office 901/908.

Required Documents:

Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed bursary application form:

• Certifed copy of ID for applicant
• Certifed copy of the latest Grade 12 results/academic record
• Certifed copy of ID for parent(s)/legal guardian
• Proof of provisional admission from a recognised institution of higher learning
• Stamped original proof of resident (Letter from Traditional Local Authority or Municipal utility bill)
• Proof of income for parents/legal guardian
• In case of deceased parents, please attach certifed copy of death certifcates

Applications must be submitted in either of the following ways:

Hand deliver to: Civic Centre, Cnr Landross Mare Street and Bodenstein Street, 9th floor (Office no 901/908 or ground floor)
