  • Matric results/ certificate (certified copy)
  • Full tertiary academic record, if currently studying (on tertiary institution letterhead)
  • Proof of University acceptance for 2025 (on tertiary institution letterhead)
  • Parents or guardians proof of income (certified copy of latest payslips if employed / affidavit if unemployed or receiving a social grant or pension)
  • Proof of residence
