L’Oréal: Finance Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

As a Finance Intern at L’Oréal, you’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, contributing to key projects and gaining valuable insights into the financial operations of a world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights on business performance.
• Management Accounting: Support the development and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize your advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets, creating insightful reports and presentations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Ad hoc Projects: Provide support to the finance team on various projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• BCom degree in: Accounting or Finance.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong academic record demonstrating excellence in accounting and finance coursework.
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry and L’Oréal’s brands is a plus.
