Finbond Mutual Bank: Legal Administrator Clerk
Purpose of the role: To provide assistance to the Meyerton Legal Department by liaising with Branches, Debt Counsellors, Administrators and other Departments and general administrative office duties as requested from time to time to the extent necessary for the organisation to achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Attending and resolving queries from branches, Clients, Debt Counsellors and Administrators;
- Following up on payments effected by Debt counsellors or Administrators;
- Including, but not limited to: Data capturing and drafting of letters;
- Certificate of Balances;
- Acceptance letters;
- Paid up letters;
- Termination Letters;
- Recon Statements;
- Processing of Debt review / Administration applications, debit order cancellations and refunds.
- Managing accounts on Excalibur and Delfin
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Knowledge of Excel and Word;
