Developmental Assignment and Responsibilities:

• Experience and Coaching: Gain practical experience and receive on-the-job coaching to ease your transition into the working environment.
• Industry Insights: Gather valuable industry insights and best practices.
• Innovation & Business Solutions: Apply your theoretical knowledge to develop business solutions. Leveraging your unique perspective as a recent graduate.
• Project Assistance: Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives. Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects under the guidance of team members.
• Networking: Attend meetings, seminars, and networking events to expand your knowledge and build relationships within and outside the organization.
• Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from supervisors and mentors to continuously improve your performance and skills. Provide continuous performance feedback to colleagues and peers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Btech / Post Graduate qualification in the following fields:
