Clover: Luminary Mentorship Programme 2025

Our Clover Luminary Programme (CLP) is designed to empower, equip, and inspire women to reach their full potential and become leaders in the FMCG industry.

This programme is designed to guide, inspire, and support young women as they launch their careers transitioning from academia to the professional world.

Here are the five key elements of the program:

• Career Guidance: Providing mentees with valuable insights and advice to help them navigate their career paths.
• Skill Development: Offering opportunities for mentees to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Expanded Professional Network: Helping mentees build a strong network of professional contacts.

Mentee Requirements:

• In the final year of academic study
• Fields of study:

1. Financial Managemnet/ Accounting 
2. Supply Chain Management 
3. Law
4. Retail Management 
5. Human Resources Management 
6. Business Intelligence
7. Food Science

NB. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of work experience will still qualify, as well as individuals who may be working as interns.
