Swiss Re: Sales and Distribution Internships (Marketing / Communications Graduates)
As a Sales and Distribution Intern at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (SRCSA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Distribution department. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in various tasks related to sales analysis, broker engagement, and supporting the implementation and management of new tools and processes.
This is a 12 month internship with an expected start date by 1st June 2025 latest.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management the customer pipeline tool.
- Ensure compliance and utilisation of the customer tools by the sales and underwriting team.
- Extract, analyse, and prepare reports based on tool data to support business decisions.
- Assist in managing and maintaining CRM systems to support sales activities.
- Support the Head of Sales and Distribution in planning and executing events and broker engagement sessions.
- Capture engagement notes and update relevant customer systems with accurate information.
- Take responsibility for coordination activities within the Sales and Distribution department.
- Support in organising and facilitating various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in generating monthly reports and dashboards for management to track sales performance against targets.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree related to Marketing and Communications.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the Sales and Distribution department.
