Eskom: Contact Centre Customer Service Agents

 

Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Contact Centre Service Agents to provide professional customer service using available processes. Department: Customer Services Business Unit: Central East Cluster Location: Westville

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound interactions.
  • Handle back-office activities.
  • Handle multi-media and outbound activities.
  • Provide and improve general customer services.
  • Support marketing, sales and customer service processes
  • Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities.

 

Requirements:

National Diploma / Degree (NQF6 or higher) in the following areas:

  • Commerce
  • Business in Finance
  • Marketing
  • Social Sciences
  • Business Management
