Bosch Group: Sales Administration & Marketing Internship Programme 2022 / 2023
The purpose of this position is to improve service levels and turnaround time in the Building Technology department. The successful candidate will be supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing of quotations – new and purchase order alignment (quote to order process);
- Customer relationship management and SAP workflow and maintenance;
- Assist with the identification of potential video tenders, contact information of potential tenders and maintenance of our online tender platform;
- Assist with Letter of Authority / Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority / Independent Communication Authority of South Africa status's update and processing (Certification and standards applications);
- Proof of concept stock administration and delivery;
- Ad-hoc support function to marketing communications department;
- Ad-hoc support function to training and technical support department;
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in:
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- or equivalent;
Skills and Competencies:
- Passion for the IOT (Internet of things) industry;
- Good communication skills;
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages;
- Previous exposure in SAP would be an advantage;
- Attention to detail;
- Eager to learn;
- Willing to work on projects outside comfort zone;
- Problem solving skills;
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined;
- Solution oriented- willing to find solutions or interact and ask questions of others to determine best solutions;
