The Department of Employment and Labour invites unemployed youth to apply for the following Government entry level Jobs / positions.

 

Position: Call Centre Agents

Reference No: HR4/4/3/1/CCA/UIF

Centre: Unemployment Insurance Fund: Pretoria

Salary: R176 310 per annum

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound and outbound calls services.
  • Render helpdesk services.
  • Maintain the employer database

 

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate / equivalent.
  • No experience required.

 

Advantageous / Knowledge:

  • Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA),
  • Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA),
  • Batho Pele Principles,
  • Call Centre Operating System.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication (verbal and written),
  • Listening Skills,
  • Computer Literacy,
  • Interpersonal,
  • Customer Focused.
