Lindt & Sprüngli: Sales Internship Programme 2021

As a graduate you will work under the leadership of an experienced National Key Account Manager while developing your own Forecourts strategy in line with the objectives of the Key Accounts Department and greater organisational goals

Responsibilities: 

• Focus on developing top 10-20 forecourts with attention driven towards finding similar opportunities. The graduate will operate in the field with other SE’s but the view from a forecourt’s perspective is unique.
• Forecourt look of success & range – working with trade marketing, opportunity sizing and Key Accounts monthly Business reviews – key KPI updates
• Promotional effectiveness review and influencing promotional strategy going forward -in conjunction with Trade Marketing
• Maintain responsibility for trade spends monthly forecasting and expected invoices recon with portal data, working on VIM business process improvement.
• Critical store growth plan, store coverage/callage options and working on service levels improvement and master data clean up in conjunction with Field Force.
• Give feedback on discontinued lines to Regional Sales Manager to manage at store level as well as customer errors.
• Work with category and playbook look of success and plan for 2022 with a KAM.
