We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Intern.
The job specifications include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

The intern should be comfortable to assist with conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
The role is ideal for part-time students or students who are not in class all day. The role is flexible time and the programme aims to provide students with real work exposure while developing an understanding of the working world.
Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
Skills and Requirements
- Current enrolment in a related Makerting & Sales degree
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools,
- Online analytics and Google Adwords)
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
