Sanlam: Support Admin Internship Programme 2022 / 2023
The Internship Offers:
- A one-year (12 month) contract, including a monthly Stipend (R6500.00)
- Continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training and assessment
- Soft skills training
- A portfolio of working and learning evidence.
Responsibilities:
- Provides helpdesk/administrative support service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Log calls received with the IT helpdesk.
- Capture New-Business
- Escalate old and unsolved calls within the department.
- Provide quality support on incidents and escalations.
- Tracking and updating logged requests.
- Liaison with Head Office, Brokers and Customers.
- Preparation of documentation.
- Typing general correspondence and minute taking.
- General office duties: faxing, filing, e-mail, petty cash and assisting with other administration functions.
- Ensure alignment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), in all business practices.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
