As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service orientation
  • Listening skills
  • Excellence orientation
  • Conflict handling

 

Advantageous: Call centre experience preferable / Customer service experience / Administrative experience or High learning potential
